Freedom Lifestyle: The Secret Law of Attraction & the British Motor Show

    Hi, Mark,

Another great post. I started trying to make some attitude changes when you and Randy introduced me to The Secret (the movie). This week after finding this blog, I have re-dedicated myself to more consciously avoid negativity. I was amazed to realize how much of it I was putting out there in my personal life.

I've started a "gratitude" journal and I make it a point each morning now to identify 5 things for which I'm grateful. I'm trying to pick things that I've been finding particularly irritating and/or limiting and find something about them that I can be grateful for.

I truly do think it is working. My attitude has been much better since starting this journal and others don't seem quite as irritating to me.

In addition, I've somehow been given hours to work on my blog where before I had to fight for each minute. I believe that I can have what I want if I just don't fall back into old habits of griping and complaining and focus on only the positive. It won't happen overnight, but I know it will happen.

Hi Maggie, I just love the way you are so open with where you are. I think that is really healthy and can only be for the good.

Too many people try to hide from others and consequently from themselves where they are, how they are feeling and what is holding them back.

If you convince your self everything is OK when it's not your never going to attract the help or guidance you need.

I'm really pleased the "gratitude" attitude is working for you. Keep the belief.

If you download my "Best 4 Letter Word" report I'd love to hear your thoughts.

You're so right about chanting affirmations. It just like book learning and that old saw, "Knowledge is Power." Knowledge ISN'T power, *applied" knowledge is power. Same with the secret.

Some people get by on sheer discipline and fear of failure and do very well. Others have a very high self-esteem, or seem to, but they never get anywhere.

    Combine the two...

Hi Greg, Sorry for the delay in responding - living the lifestyle & took 17 days off to swim & play golf!

Thanks for your thoughts - I agree 100% - there is learning and there is action. Neither in isolation lead anywhere much. As you say combine the two...
